Millet Samosas

Makes: 12 samosas

Ingredients

For The Dough

½ cup jowar flour

1 cup all-purpose flour (maida)

A pinch of ajwain

Salt to taste

½ cup water

1 tbsp oil

For The Filling

3 large potatoes, boiled

¼ cup peas, boiled

¼ tsp grated ginger

1½ tsp red chili powder

1½ tsp coriander powder

1½ tsp cumin powder2 tsp Kasoori methi

1½ sp lemon juice

1 tsp garam masala

¼ cup chopped coriander leaves

Salt to taste
